Country Manager Switzerland
MISSION: Full P&L responsibility for the Swiss business consisting of 7 key brands sold via direct mass market customers (Coop, Migros, Denner, Aldi, Lidl, etc.) and eCommerce (80 Mio CHF/p.a.) with supervising a team of 20 employees.
RESULTS: Growth rates above expectations in 2021 and 2022 by i) launching a new brand, ii) establishing country and channel differentiation, iii) implementing a new organizational structure.

Head of eCommerce DACH & Nordics
MISSION: Completely new setup of eCommerce team and lead of this department as independent business unit in the organization (from 2 to 14 employees in 12 months) with full responsibility for the strategic and operational direction of eCommerce channel in the region. Establish mindset change in the sales offline trade organization and acceptance of digitalization as key growth driver for the future.
RESULTS: Amazon Prime Day Germany with the highest absolute internal turnover worldwide. Best-in-class European market from a growth, margin, and content quality POV.

Group KAM Growth Channels DACH
MISSION: Building a new sales organization to exploit new business potential in “white space” channels (eCommerce, mail order pharmacies, gas stations....)
RESULTS: High double digit growth rates with customer margins above company average.

Head of Sales Operations
MISSION: Build and merge 3 different sales departments (product data management, KAM Support and Business Analysis) to ensure all key sales processes are fully connected and acknowledged as the backbone of the company.
RESULTS: Fast product/customer data setup and smooth sales forecast process with lowest possible discrepancies towards management and HQ.

Business Analyst & Systems Manager
MISSION: Implementation of embedded Siebel CRM system for the sales organizations in DACH. Analysis, enhancement, and implementation of existing/new business processes in the sales organization. Introduction and control of new sales KPIs (e.g., forecast accuracy, trade investments).
RESULTS: Implementation of best-in-class CRM system fully integrated in system landscape to ensure smooth forecast process for sales organization and further extension into other European countries.

Team lead of 6 and full responsibility for controlling and inhouse IT department in the production site Osthofen/Germany.
